1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any ClarityGrid platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are a parent or guardian enrolling a child in ClarityGrid Learn, you accept these terms on their behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Products
Claritygrid LLC operates three platforms:
- Learn ClarityGrid Learn (learn.claritygrid.com) โ AI-adaptive learning for students, Grades 1โ12. Free to use.
- Career ClarityGrid Career (career.claritygrid.com) โ AI career coaching and skill development for adults. Subscription-based.
- Jobs ClarityGrid Jobs (jobs.claritygrid.com) โ AI-powered job search tools. Subscription-based.
Where these terms differ by product, the relevant section will be labelled clearly.
3. ClarityGrid Learn
ClarityGrid Learn is free. There is no subscription, no payment required, and no trial period. You will never be charged to use ClarityGrid Learn.
Who may use it
ClarityGrid Learn is designed for students in Grades 1 through 12 (approximately ages 6โ18). Children under 13 may use the platform; because we collect no email address or contact information, no verifiable parental consent mechanism is triggered. A parent or guardian may create a profile on behalf of their child using the child's first name, grade, and a chosen PIN.
School and district use
Schools and districts may deploy ClarityGrid Learn for their students. By deploying ClarityGrid Learn in a school setting, the school or district:
- Represents that it has the authority to consent to data collection on behalf of students as permitted under FERPA and applicable state law.
- Agrees to use the platform only for legitimate educational purposes.
- May request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) by contacting admin@claritygrid.com.
What the service provides
ClarityGrid Learn provides AI-adaptive questions, session grading, per-session feedback, and skill-level tracking across five subjects. Questions are generated by the Gemini AI model. While we take significant steps to ensure accuracy and age-appropriateness, AI-generated content is not infallible. We are committed to fixing errors when reported.
What the service does not provide
ClarityGrid Learn is a supplemental learning tool. It is not a replacement for school instruction, a certified tutoring service, or a platform providing any professional educational assessment or diagnosis.
4. ClarityGrid Career & Jobs
Career and Jobs are adult services requiring users to be at least 18 years of age.
Accounts and payment
- Accounts are created with a valid email address, optionally via Google OAuth.
- Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring subscription fees.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
AI-generated content
Career and Jobs use AI to generate skill trees, roadmaps, resume suggestions, interview questions, and cover letters. These outputs are for informational purposes only. ClarityGrid does not guarantee employment outcomes, salary results, or admission to any program. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in a professional context.
Third-party connectors
If you connect third-party services, you authorize ClarityGrid to access the data you explicitly grant. We do not store financial credentials; only encrypted tokens are retained. You may disconnect any integration at any time from your account settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use any ClarityGrid platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
- Attempt to access another user's account, data, or sessions.
- Introduce malicious code, bots, or automated scraping tools.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
- Use ClarityGrid Learn to expose minors to inappropriate content.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any ClarityGrid platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The ClarityGrid name, logo, platform design, and underlying technology are owned by Claritygrid LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
AI-generated questions, feedback, and roadmaps produced by the platform are provided for your personal, educational, or professional use only. They may not be republished, sold, or distributed as your own original work.
7. Your Data
You retain ownership of the content and data you input into ClarityGrid. By using the service, you grant Claritygrid LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data for the purpose of providing the service.
We do not claim ownership of student learning data, career profiles, resumes, or any personal content you create. You may request an export or deletion of your data at any time.
For ClarityGrid Learn: student learning data โ questions answered, scores, and skill levels โ belongs to the student (or their parent/school). We are a data processor, not a data owner.
8. Limitation of Liability

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
